About The Pull Request

adds xenomeat to the xenomorph meat_type

Why It's Good For The Game

Xenomeat is a required part of several recipes, allowing xenos to drop xenomeat when gibbed but not when butchered will preserve the general intent of not being overwhelmed with meat cluttering everything during large hoard fights.
