Adds 40k Themed Weapons and Costume Armor

About The Pull Request

1. Adds Bolt Pistol, Bolter, and Storm Bolter As Adminspawn Items.
2. Adds Sororitas Costume Armor.

Why It's Good For The Game

1. Just like I said when I added the plasma gun, there's no real way to really say they like, "are". It's just more of an exercise in fun! Guns won't be in the spawning pool because even I think they're a little too strong. I mostly added them for the costume value for holo kits, etc. And if I was going that far I figured I'd just make them functional too!
2. The same logic as similar additions like the Utilitarian set, but also a player request!
