Chat Bot that works on Raspberry Pi 3 b+ Must pip install pyttsx3 for TTS function and pygame for MP3 playing

Features:

• Text-To-Speech (Review the code to know it does and does not speek)
• Play MP3 clips (Default: Commented out unless you want to use the PImp3 module too)
• Send custom messages from bot
