chore: remove old nodes

Summary of changes
Changes introduced in this pull request:

• staging environment is offered by the infrastructure team, we'll use that to maintain nodes now.
• we can still spawn nodes on demand with existing makefiles and terragrunt files.

I already purged the nodes from DO.
