Cetus2 Pre-Modification

This will be the last checkpoint before I begin more serious modifications to my Cetus2 printer.

These configs worked 'okay' until the extruder motors began to fail, resulting in inconsistent extrusion I kept chasing around in circles. After this point I will be modifying the toolhead and other aspects of the printer beyond the original hardware.
