Release v0.3.0

This is a polish release with a focus on making the tool more user-friendly. We added a few Editor enhancements like providing tooltip popups and inline editing of variables.

Notable changes

• Redesigned the Home page to provide more information -- it is a data dashboard now!
• Enhanced the feel of the tool on Mobile (but who's using this on their phone??)
• Added tooltips to all input fields in the Dataset Editor
• Added an inline editor to the variable tables in the Dataset Editor
• Dataset and Project cards are now truncated so content-greedy descriptions no longer take up space
• Added Variable Type to variables in a dataset
• A lot of other small design tweaks
