Added the two pressure readings from the Mercedes on channel 0 and 3, and moved the Volvo pressures to 1 and 2.

Added the two pressure readings from the Mercedes on channel 0 and 3, and moved the Volvo pressures to 1 and 2.
I added self.mercedes_pressure and self.mercedes_rough in the PressureReader class, and added the two new codenames; volvo_mercedes_pressure and volvo_mercedes_rough_pressure.
