Code used for the publication of "The numerical implementation of land models" by Clark et al. (submitted to J. Hydrometeorol.).
Data and code for each laugh test are kept in a separate folder.
Instructions to obtain code and input data required to run the Structure for Unifying Multiple Modeling Alternatives (SUMMA; Clark et al., 2015a,b) for the six test cases can be found on https://summa.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/SUMMA_test_cases/
Martyn Clark provided the initial SUMMA simulations and plotting code in IDL. Reza Zolfaghari and Ray Spiteri provided updated SUMMA simulations that use the SUNDIALS solver. Andrew Bennett and Wouter Knoben provided the Jupyter notebooks that contain the updated plotting code and balance checks.
