이거 단순히 회원가입 쪽만 전화번호 형식이 있는게 아니라, 학생회비 납부 쪽에도 붙어있어서 전부다 대쉬(-) 들어있는 방식으로 통일 시키거나 그대로 유지하는게 나을 것 같습니다 |

전화번호가 "01012345678"과 같은 형태로 입력/저장 되고 있던것을 "010-1234-5678"의 형태로 바꾸고 validation적용하였습니다.
