This release features a revamped theme structure.
All external javascript and sass libraries are now managed by bower.
The modifications to Bootstrap were extracted and put into a bootstrap_customisations folder.
Compass has been removed. We now use a gulp workflow for compiling and autoprefixer for the prefixing.
The compass reset was extracted and is still used.
