Description

This PR brings in the required lines for ActionCable to function in a production environment, such as Heroku. Currently, we are allowing all origin requests for ease of testing and implementation, but will lock that down once we get everything stable.
This PR also fixes a typo that has been plaguing us on the Frontend where the Woodcutter image would not load. It was because of the capitalization in the Backend seeds file that was Woodcutter, not WoodCutter for the jpg file.
