This PR closes SNS-321.
When a user's wallet only held subdomains, their profile pages on SNS manager were not displaying the subs and instead showed our empty state prompt to purchase a domain. This fix checks if a user has subdomains and only displays the empty state if they do not.
User profiles now also display usernames with the first subdomain in the list of user owned subdomains if they do not have a favorite domain, or own any other domains.
