Pre Installation

Install pip following this : https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/installation/

Installation

pip install sequence-annotation

Install specific version

pip install sequence-annotation==x.x.x where x.x.x is the desired version

Quickstart

sequence_annotation -h
Will give you information on the needed and optional parameters

sequence_annotation -i XXXX
Where XXXX is a PDB id, it will show the info about that PDB in terminal

sequence_annotation -i XXXX -s 'PATH TO FILE'
Where XXXX is a PDB id and PATH TO FILE is path to a new file, the the result will be printed in the new file
