    • Nate solution: Let manager create tags
      • Tags get translations into the 4 languages --> required
    • Renee: Part of submission process should be to suggest a tag
      • Pick from list of tags
    • Renee: how does an editor suggest a tag that does not exist yet?
      • "Notes" section?
    • Main and minor categories will be set from the start and minimally change as time goes on
      • Tags, on the other hand, can be added over time and won't let documents get too disorganized over time.
    • Possibly include some sort of tagging guidelines for editors so the library's tags don't get too out of hand
  • "Notes" section of a document

    • Content submitted should have a "notes" field through which editors and managers can make comments on documents
    • Should these be specific to a whole document, or one for each language?
    • Nice for noting that a tag should be created for this document by a manager
