Updates geolocator_apple to 2.3.8+1

Hi @Sander-Kornev,

Thanks for the PR, however this is not necessary. The geolocator is configured to depend on latest available version of the geolocator_apple package that is bigger or equal to ^2.3.8 and smaller than 3.0.0.

Users that experience this particular issue can simply run flutter pub upgrade geolocator_apple to download the latest version.

Although I really appreciate the effort, I will close this PR to safe me some work in the publishing process.
