Releasing Steganocet

Releasing the steganocet program that I made ;)

Note:
Currently supports Windows OS (Tested)

Linux users can install the "wine" package on their system to run VBScript and batch files (Not tested)
Mac users can use Bootcamp to run VBScript and batch files (Not Tested)
