Chidinma Obiekwe - I like to be known as Didi - A non-coding contributor to open source projects.

I have added a role-based user guide for Jarvis.

This PR introduces a comprehensive, role-based User Guide for the Jarvis project, written in a clear and conversational style. The guide includes tailored sections for each user role—User, Admin, and Super Admin—outlining the specific features and capabilities available to each. This addition aims to enhance user experience, making it easier for users to understand and interact with Jarvis according to their access level.

Don't raise the pr until issue not assigned. And it's not required.

You gave me a go-ahead to contribute, I am not sure why you marked it as spam when you know I don't spam projects @Avdhesh-Varshney

It's marked as spam because you don't follow the guidelines. Without proposing the changing of issue, you just raise the pr.
