Smoke tested in a simple site, an Atomic site, and creating and launching a site via the Gutenboarding flow 👍

Also confirming that in this release alone I wasn't able to open the nav sidebar on my simple site with the nav sidebar enabled. With D46845-code applied as well, I could open the sidebar and confirm that this release hides the Latest Posts page in the list of pages (#44379)
