Surprise update

New Features

Added 10s forward and backward skip tool buttons. #163
Added replace delay option. Set to add delay between detecting and auto replacing video players. Useful for ensuring that subtitles are properly detected.
Added "player" id to iframe for Youtube to unbreak some other extensions. #167

Bug fix

Forcefully invalidate old cache for Youtube to prevent 403 errors #165
