Hello,

I am using ViWrap for analyzing my viral metagenomic data. The tool is amazing and highly appreciate your efforts.

We are encountering an error where vRhyme is unable to make the bins and hence we cannot go forward to the other steps. Can you kindly suggest how can we overcome the error?
