Description of the bug

When editing a field in a code list with number values, backend throws an error.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Upload the code list industri.json
  2. Change a description in the code list
  3. Backend will respond with status 400 (bad request):
    4935 with type System.Int64 is unsupported for Value field. Accepted types are string, double and bool.
