Less prone to exiting bootloader on signal noise for fixed rpm / speed mode safety.

AM32 Bootloader version 10

This adds a second HIGH line check without pull-up applied before jumps to main code. Can help fix some setups that have difficulties connecting with the bootloader or long signal cables.

Bootloader will store its version in eeprom section upon boot up and report Input pin info.

Bootloader version can be read from flash memory at 0x80000c0. These are to be flashed with st-link
