Updated script to process b1 level
glue filesfor the SAIL Radar. Based on the notebook withingluing_and_inventory, this script is designed to run with the ARM Cumulus slurm clusterAdditionally, updated the CMAC DOD file to version 3 and removed the previous version from the repository.
