Black released a new version with somewhat different formatting. In particular, the number of blank lines after the docstring at the top of files is standardized (perhaps this change: psf/black#3932). This causes flake8 to fail with E302 on files with no imports - black wants there to be one blank line, flake8 wants two. Therefore, it is now necessary to ignore flake8 E302.
