removed deprecated uses of ioutil functions (as indicated by gopls warnings)
added CLI flag -show for L refs to show references in dedicated Acme window
added workaround to use absolute paths when showing references this way
- see also Relative file paths in assists / diagnostics #65 (comment)
new command L refs -show opens "/LSP/References" (similar to L comp -E)
updated docs using scripts/mkdocs.sh
