• Update compiler optimize flags

• Rework userland worker to fix random issues on custom ROMs

NOTE: For months, there are some different fod solutions to custom ROMs, that makes it's impossible to make an absolute unified
kernel. So i decide to make one more build for ROMs use oss hwc. You can try both R-FBEv2-new and R-FBEv2-old
to know which version works on your ROM. Thanks.
