Symptoms:

Firefox: Attempting to play a channel leads to an error message:

Neither direct play nor conversion is available.

Cause:

This happens when HTML5 Player is enabled in Plex/Web Setting. Plex is attempting to use DASH protocol that is not compatible with the plug-in.

Resolution:

Disable HTML5 Player in Plex/Web Settings.
