As a user, will love to group similar messages and view statistics based on the created message groups #127

Ability to group messages for instance have some grouped as request, issues, irrelevant, compliments etc. and if possible see statistics of the messages I receive based on the grouping.

This can as well help me decide which messages I should attend to urgently and ones I can use offline responses for
