Edit Profile command should scroll to profile location

When I have a large team config file, and select "Edit Profile" option from the "Manage Profile" quickpick, it is difficult to find where my profile is located.

Describe the solution you'd like

When the "Edit Profile" command is invoked, VS Code should set the cursor position of the team config file to where the profile object is defined.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A visual config editor would be nice but is a large effort - see #3336
