Describe the bug

When installing the VSCode Extension secrets-for-kubernetes, the expected configuration files didn't update.

Expected and actual results

Expected the .zowe/settings/imperative.json to be updated with the CredentialManager: "Secrets for Kubernetes" value.

Describe your environment

OS: Mac 14.5
VSCode: 1.91.1

Additional context

This was encountered when testing different scenarios in the following PR comment:
