<li>A micro USB data cable</li>

<h2>Prerequisites and Downloads</h2>
<ol start="1">
<li>Download Ouya_Hosts_Update.zip <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IJIOQtxmzvx0JE1BD_un_9IfeaRKV8Gb/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank">Download</a></li>
<li>Extract the downloaded Ouya_Hosts_Update.zip</li>
</ol>
<h2>Running the ADB Script</h2>
<ol>
<li>Connect the Ouya to your PC with the micro USB cable and power it on</li>
<li>If you have issues with adb connecting to your Ouya watch one of my other Ouya videos to see how to install the Ouya adb drivers on Windows 10</li>
<li>Navigate to the extacted Ouya_Hosts_Update in Windows Explorer</li>
<li>Right click Ouya_Hosts_Update.bat > Run as administrator</li>
<li>When prompted, copy and paste each of the commands below into the adb shell
<p>su<br />
mount -o rw,remount -t ext4 /dev/block/platform/sdhci-tegra.3/by-name/APP<br />
cp /sdcard/hosts /system/etc/<br />
exit<br />
exit</p>
</li>
<li>On the Ouya, you should now be able to proceed with the OOBE setup by selecting Existing Account and inputting any username and password</li>
</ol>
