Mint an NFT to the users wallet based on their proof

It will be cool to add that functionality; it can be really minimal and not even have like a linked image, but I know for instance at the Twitter NFT does have that image and it's a pretty simple fork of uniswap's text, so that might also be on the easier side to ship
