Screenshots copied to reference folder

I have a this plugin setup so that screenshots are named after tests, and they go in directories based on the current commit ID. Reference screenshots go in another directory based on the current commit ID of my master branch.

The issue is if I add a new test in a branch, the newly generated screenshots get copied to my master branch folder, but I'd like it to remain missing, since that functionality isn't present on that branch.
