RCWA 1D case: TE Scattering matrix and Gaylord formalism working TM case still needs work 2D case: Functional, but a bit slow

TMM isotropic case implemented and working

potential bug at off-normal incidence, but I believe it is due to my lack of understanding, but still checking

PWEM TE and TM solvers in 2D implemented 3D pending
