tweets_model.t7 is missing

The instruction says:
3) Download tweets_model.t7 and move into word-rnn/cv/

However, there is neither link to that file nor it is in that repository.

Did you ever end up sorting this out @angervision ?

Edit: Nevermind, asked one of original contributors, he said that tweets_model.t7 is not currently publicly available. However you can use markov models, which have about the same effectiveness.
