Description of the new feature / enhancement

At the moment you can't paste a specific time into the maneuver tool. Currently +/- 1000 is the biggest increment for placing a node at the correct time. This is in some situations really tedious. Especially when copying the whole maneuver from a different tool or website while trying to get the time exactly right.
A workaround is to paste the time into the vanilla maneuver tool, but it would be really nice to be able to just paste all the values in your window.
