Hashtags not displaying as links in posts

Firstly, thanks for creating this GitHub action!

I have just implemented this action on a release workflow and have noticed that my post which includes hashtags does not display the hashtags as links.

I think it might be related to this issue.

Thanks @tpcarman ! There are a bunch of new features on atproto I haven't had a chance to implement yet.

Do you want to give this a try and create a PR? I'm pretty swamped right now, so it'll be a little until I can take care of this.
