As @timwoj flagged on Slack, that file is very out of date and needs an edit pass — Netmap is now readily available on FreeBSD, it should cover AF_PACKET as the Linux default, and Click today looks like a very niche solution for flow balancing (but is still maintained!).

We've started this, see #141. #87 is forthcoming.
