Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

Using discrete graphics adapter Nvidia Quadro P1000 fails due to the following issue:

[INFO] Adapter: "Quadro P1000"
[WARN] Rejected for device extension "VK_KHR_dynamic_rendering" not supported. Please update the driver!

The driver version 470.256.02 is the most recent available version for this adapter.
Then, using the llvmpipe driver also fails. One unresponsive window is created, but that's not the point of this issue.

Running vkcube works, using the Quadro P1000 GPU without issues.

Environment

Lenovo P52
Nvidia GP107GLM [Quadro P1000 Mobile]
driver version 470.256.02
Ubuntu 22.04
