Dialog persistence

Hello,

When measuring in a large field, the field wizard is open for a longer duration.
If any connection issues occur in this time frame (such that the site reloads), the wizard is reset and the original point is lost.
This would require you to go back and start again.

Instead, the dialog should stay open even when reloading.
This could be achieved with niceguis session storage.
