I'm wondering if there's currently any way to open files with an extension of .html.md in VS Code using the Markdown Editor, - which I'm very impressed with.
Markdeep is javascript library that supports rendering .md files as HTML by simply adding a line at the bottom of the file (e.g. <script src="https://morgan3d.github.io/markdeep/latest/markdeep.min.js?" charset="utf-8"></script>)
It would be great to be able to use Markdown Editor with files being saved a .md.html files so they open as web pages, by defaults, when accessed from outside VS code.
