I’m frustrated that the current hover effect in the navbar section is too subtle and doesn’t match the overall website theme, making it less interactive for users.

I want to change the hover effect in the navbar to a more dynamic style, such as changing the background color, text color, or adding smooth transitions that align with the site’s theme.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatives include keeping the hover effect as is or using an underline animation, but these don't offer the visual impact I’m looking for.
