red star (asterix) next to sector code at transaction level: confusing

AidStream users are finding the red star (asterix) next to the sector code field in the transaction element confusing. The Help text also seems to say that this is required. But from the Standard, it looks like it's only required if there is no sector code at project information level (sector code element).

Solution: Please update the text to say that this field is not mandatory unless the main sector code element is missing/not used (double check with the Standard that this is correct though!).
