[BUG] Undo in Code Block Affects Bulleted List Block and Becomes Stuck

Description

Description: When using the Undo function in a Code Block, it undoes the last action in the Bulleted List block instead. After this, the Undo function only affects the Bulleted List block and stops working correctly for the Code Block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Code Block.
2. Create a Bulleted List and add a couple of lines.
3. Make changes in the Code Block.
4. Use the Undo function more than once.
