PRs to be landed:

land hive: hive launcher #765

Projects to be updated:

update shadow-node ref to v0.12;
update node-caps source repository to yodaos/node-caps;
enable hiveproc package in the build system.

Use as default launcher:

update schedulers in app-scheduler to use hive-launcher as default launcher.

This project will be working on non-linux platforms(RTOS or macOS), it's better to mark hive as default under linux only.
