adjusting pvalues with lefese

Many tanks for developing this useful package.

I have questions regarding the strict = c("0", "1", "2") parameter which control how pavalues are adjusted for multiple comparaisons in the run_lefse function. From the thest I have made
pvalue always = padj no matter the strict value.

Could you check?
