Hello everyone.

MOM’s dedication to Yearn remains as strong as ever, across development, design, brand and marketing. Last quarter saw two big new product launches (Gimme and Yearn X) designed to simplify the core Yearn Vault experience (a common user pain point), alongside MOM’s trademark crypto native marketing work ensuring the Yearn brand stays relevant and visible within the industry.

As a committed service provider, MOM always aims to work hand-in-hand with Yearn's core teams to understand and fulfil their frontend, design, and creative needs.

Oh, and MOM is growing. We’re excited to welcome a new Creative Director onto the team with a wealth of award winning experience behind him as the former creative innovation lead on Nike through RGA London. We’re excited to see what he’ll bring to the Yearn DAO.

Scope of Work

Below is the current scope of work MOM is planning based on our recent conversations with yTeams. It covers design, frontend development, and marketing:

  • yPools
  • yLockers
  • v3
  • Yearn.fi
  • Gimme
  • veYFI
  • Juiced
  • yETH
  • Web Lib
  • yDaemon
  • ape.tax
  • Yearn X
  • [redacted iykyk]

The Plan

MOM will continue collaborating closely with the Yearn teams on the projects listed above, delivering high quality design, frontend development, and creative comms to meet their needs.

Alongside these ongoing efforts, there are two areas where we’re pushing to make some meaningful improvements to Yearn's core user experience.

1: Yearn X

Yearn X is live! It’s another awesome feature attracting new partners who want their own space and visibility. This is just the start! We are also adding bridging functionality to Yearn X!

2: [Yearn.fi](http://yearn.fi/) Redesign

With feedback from many contributors, we’ve made great progress on the redesign. We’re currently polishing the final details and wrapping up the last bits and pieces to get it ready for launch.

Shipping this redesign has two components: the tech side and the marketing side. Both are moving full steam ahead to get it out the door as soon as possible!

3: yUSD

We’ve been working closely with the yPools teams to launch yUSD very soon. Expect a fresh design, comprehensive front end, and marketing launch - all with the usual top notch product experience from Yearn.

4: Vaults vWat?

Vault v2, Vault v3, Vault vWat? We are exploring a way to merge all vaults in a single UI. Making it easier and clearer on how / where to access the best opportunities in DeFi

5: Super duper secret project

Our lips are sealed, and NDAs signed (not really). A yTeam is launching a very exciting project which is currently in stealth but MOM plans to be the launch and development partner for this [redacted] protocol which will [redacted] and revolutionalise [redacted]. Nice!
