Scope

Next quarter the ZooTroop yTeam will continue providing tools and services for vault management and automation with a focus in Q3 on developing support for external V3 allocators.

Progress since last BR

Liquidity Services

  • ~3M USD value of rewards swapped, +200 tx sent
  • "Dinobots Operations Safe" created for clean accounting and traceability of assets
  • Cowswap twaps were implemented for large volumes of low liquidity assets
  • Custom solution for yLockers team

yHaas

  • ~4 months of yHaaS Network on Mainnet: 800+ txs of all V3 strategies & vaults
  • Further optimized gas efficiency of Mainnet HaaS with historic averaging 24h cycles dependant gas costs (see Figure 1) for non-time-sensitive reports/debt allocations
  • Mainnet gas savings through highly efficient yHaaS Network:
    • Total gas cost over 4 months: ~$6,776 (Ξ1.982)
    • Comparison to Gelato Network hypothetical costs for same activity: ~$15,565 (Ξ4.555). (reasons: optimized calldata & no additional fees)
    • Additional 15.38% gas savings through 24h cycle gas cost optimization.
    • Total savings: ~$11,619 (Ξ3.40) over 4 months
      → ~$2,904 (Ξ0.85) gas savings per month
  • End of June: Rolled out yHaaS Network on Arbitrum, Polygon & Gnosis Chain. Cloud driven Bot system featuring redundancy back-up with Gelato

Kalani

  • Views for V3 vaults and strategies, external 4626 vaults, and accounts
  • Role management
  • Accountant management
  • Search

Kong

  • Events, snapshots, tvl, and apy for external 4626 vaults
  • Many data model and end point updates to support Kalani and ZooTroop's Dune dashboards
  • Mitigation features for tx spam
  • Support for Gnosis chain

Seafood

  • New view for V3 tokenized strats
  • New view for external 4626 vaults
  • Support for Gnosis chain

ZooTroop Dash

  • Resolved indexing issues with Dune's technical team.
  • Developed a comprehensive dashboard covering all networks, providing strategists and users with insights into vaults' TVL, PPS, APR, and token variations. Yearn Vault Dashboard
  • Collaborated on a specific dashboard requested by Arbitrum. Included user interaction metrics, incentives provided to users, and key indicators for Arbitrum vaults. Arbitrum LTIPP Dashboard

Robowoofy

  • 1,228 Robowoofy workflows dispatched across the top 6 repos in the Yearn org, with ~12 active users within the Yearn org.
  • brownie 1.20.6 upgrade completed.

V3 Strategy and Harvest Monitoring

  • We continued to closely monitor V3 strategies, harvests, and keepers, to ensure efficient yield farming operations.

Plan

  • Ongoing support during emergency situations.

Kalani

  • yHaaS integration
  • Fully functional testnet version with dedicated testnet indexer
  • Complete vault management features for add\remove strategies, accountants and fees, allocators, and withdraw queues

  • Incorporate additional KPIs and metrics as requested by different areas or stakeholders.

Robowoofy

  • Continue supporting hosting Robowoofy infrastructure for Yearn org and supporting users
  • Focus on reliability improvements and feature requests in the backlog

*** RE ZooTroop Dashboards ***
We agree with moving the dune dashboards under yReporting, but ask to keep the dashboards under ZooTroop for one more quarter. This is to ensure continuity while we figure out any logistics.
