Tested on Windows with Build #IU-223.7571.182, built on November 29, 2022

IntelliJ IDEA refuses to load the plugin:

Plugin 'PMD-IDEA' (version '1.9.0') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 222.* or older but the current build is IU-223.7571.182

Same for IntelliJ 2023.1. Is this a simple version bump in the manifest (but #31 has gotten test failures when it attempted that), or is more work required? Do you still plan to support this useful plugin, or is it effectively dead?
