Can’t connect to 3DS #8

I was trying to connect it and it keeper Attempting it and never connected my 3DS I put the 3DS IP down and everything and nothing worked I’m using Boot NTR which is the one used for SnickerStream and it won’t let me connect my 3DS I restarted both consoles and nothing.
